I have been practicing law in Portsmouth, Ohio since 1983. I graduated from Ohio State University with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1979. I then went on to Ohio Northern University for my law degree. I graduated from Ohio Northern in 1983, and was then admitted to the Ohio Bar. In 1984 I was admitted to the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio. I am a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Portsmouth Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
